To place an order, you need to contact the sales team so that they can support you in the process. Once the desired luminaires have been selected and confirmed, a confirmation order will be issued so that the customer can pay for them. Once this process has been completed, production of the order will begin and when it has been finalized, this will be communicated to the customer.

Any order can be dispatched by air, land or sea, depending on the distance.

The chosen means of transport is agreed in advance with the customer.

Begolux’s delivery time is between 15 to 20 working days. The delivery time corresponds to the period between receipt of the order and the date on which the goods are ready for dispatch. The transportation period is not included in the stipulated delivery time and Begolux cannot be held responsible for any delays in dispatch or delivery dates.

Large orders and customized orders may alter the delivery time, and this information is agreed with the customer in advance.
